This characterful former Victorian coach house in Woking, Surrey, blends historic charm with modern family living. Set within mature gardens, the property retains its period details while offering the potential to create a warm and functional home.

Our interior design studio was invited onto the project through a recommendation from a trusted collaborator we have worked with previously. The brief centres on improving the flow between reception rooms and reimagining the principal suite. By removing excess windows and doors, we are creating a more balanced, restful, and inviting layout.

Bespoke joinery, layered textures, and patterned wallpapers will enhance the property’s period features, adding elegance and functionality. The interior scheme reflects the clients’ American heritage alongside their appreciation for British design, resulting in a timeless yet personal aesthetic. The project is currently underway and scheduled for completion in mid-2026.
